It’s getting real. 

I just created a four month training plan for my half marathon on November 1st. 

For those of you who just started following me, the last time I tried to run a half marathon I fell just weeks into training and tore my PCL in my right knee. I’m still dealing with that injury. 

Here’s hoping I can avoid serious injury (or re-injury) over the next four months. 

Training starts July 1. Hope I’m ready.
